Overview
We are the only Dark Dining Experience in the greater Portland OR / Vancouver WA Area. There are approximately 22 locations around the world and 6 here in the USA that provide this experience. Guests dine without their sense of sight in order to heighten their other senses such as taste, smell and touch. Groups debate about each coarse as they go through the experience. The courses are food you most likely have had in your life and really enjoyed. We don't serve exotic courses, but fun items that will play with your taste buds. Once you have completed the experience, you will be guided out of the Black Forest, your eyes will adjust, and you will be greeted by the Chef. The chef will provide you with the menu and is there to answer questions about each course.-

The Black Forest Dark Dining Experience is one of only about 22 around the world that provide this experience. Guests dine without being able to see, in order to heighten their other senses (Taste, Smell & Touch). It's Fine Dining Trivia where guests receive a 7-course meal but they don't know the menu. Guests work together to figure out each course. Once complete they will be presented with the menu and the chef will meet with each group to answer questions about the meal.
